Tradingview Stock Screener Creation

Build a stock screener that has a filter to select stocks based of MACD , RSI , Price, Time Interval ( 1min , 5 mins , 15 and 1 day) and option to add custom script for any other technical parameter. It should fetch data from Trading view and UI should be intuitive . Screener should have less than 1 sec latency while fetching data from tradingview
