Tradingview Pine Script Strategy Tester

Hello, I'm looking for somebody to create a Tradingview Pine Script strategy tester for me. This will include the use of 3 SMAs, 2 HMA's and will need to include options that allow you to set the backtesting date range, set stop loss and take profit percentages and allow you to test when the stock is at an all time high (which needs to be optional to turn on and off).
