Tradingview Indicator Pine Script

Hi I have an indicator I'd like to get made for tradingview with 3emas and a 0 to 200 scale. this indicator will be at the bottom window of the main chart. 48,72,200. buys and sell marks/labels when 48 & 72 cross and when it reaches 200 line sell down arrow for resistance and -200 will be buy up arrow for support. When the emas all three cross the 0 line blue or red O and need alerts for this. Can you make this?
