Tradingveiw simple indicator

My goal is to develop a simple indicator for use on a Tradingview platform. The indicator should be based on a Previous High Low Crossover on intraday basis, with a criteria of using candlesticks as the basis for identifying high and low points. I'm looking for a programmer to help me create this project.
