TradingView pine script - indicator development and alert based on indicator condition

Hi there,
We are looking for Pine Script developer to develop Alert with following functions :
1) Develop Zig Zag indicator with labels of pivot points. Let's say we call them 'High" and "Low" and price value label are needed at each point.

or use TradingView build-in Zig Zag indicator souce code for reference.
2) Set up alert based on “High" or " Low" pivot points meeting certain conditions.
For instance, when "Low” at 1 minute chart is above certan moving avarage price at 1 mintue chart /5 minute chart/ 15 minute chart.
3). Alert to be triggered through SMS/Email/Push notification
If you have expereience of Zig Zag indicator, the first step should be easy. We can discuess more on alert condition of second step when project starts.
