TradingView Indicator Enhancement for Alerts

I'm in need of a skilled coder who can improve my current TradingView indicator. The primary goal of this project is to incorporate the capabilities of generating alerts for specific indicator formations.

Key Requirements:
- Alerts should be triggered when a new Pin Bar or Inverted Pin Bar appears in confluence with the 9 SMA.
- Bullish Pin Bar alerts must only activate when the price is ABOVE the 9 Smooth Moving Average.
- Inverted Pin Bar alerts should only go off when the price is BELOW the 9 Smooth Moving Average.
- Alerts are triggerd upon the CLOSE of the candle.
- Alerts can be added to ANY time frame, but I will be tesing on the M5

The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive proficiency in Pine Script, TradingView's scripting language.
- A proven track record of enhancing TradingView indicators.
- A solid understanding of both Pin Bars and Inverted Pin Bars.

Please note, I prefer receiving alerts as SOUND alerts. However, I should be able to choose my prerfence
