Trading view Pine script custom tool

Hi there, I am looking to create a custom tool to export the values of a specific 1 minute bar on a trading view chart and export that data to an excel spreadsheet. An example would be, by right clicking on the specific bar on the trading view 1 minute chart it exports that Open, High, Low and close data to an excel sheet- with each O,H,L,C value assigned to a cell in an Excel spreadsheet such as A1-A4. Is this possible to do within the capabilities of trading view? Thank you for your consideration.
