Trading View: Write a Pine Script Indicator

Write an indicator to run in the Trading View scanner.

The indicator has 3 general steps to complete:
1. ID Breakout of Keltner Channel ( i.e. 1 ATR above or below EMA)
Brkt is at Keltner Channel Brkt Price
2. Then Ongoing Breakout of that candle
3. Reversal Breakout thru Keltner Channel Brkt Price.
