Trading View Scanner

I have a custom tradingview indicator which marks upper zone and lower zone for each day. I need a simple scanner which can alert me a stock closes above the upper zone or below the lower zone on a 3 min Time Frame.

Please provide the final rate for this scanner and what will be the additional charges if I need the alerts sent to me on telegram / discord .
