Trade view / pine script / Binance

I think a not too difficult but interesting job. I would like to have this strategy automated for my Binance account:

It doesn't matter what other tools are needed (possibly alertatron.com, aleeert.com, or other?).
If possible, risk management should also be considered and customizable. Finally, need an explanation to customize parameters.
