The AND,AND,AND minus AND,AND pine script

1. A list of ~20 combined entry indicators to trigger an alert. RSI/MACD/xMA above/below x, crossing, ascending/descending, BB x%, StdDev, crossing upper/lower.
2. A list of ~5 individual exit indicators to trigger an alert. Same indicators as entry.
2. An easy way to remove indicators from the list so i can edit out indicators instead of creating a new script.
3. Exit stages. E.g. from 0 - 1%, use indicator one or two from exit indcator list. From 1 - 2%, use indicator three or four from indicaor list.
