Strategy based on Pivot and RSI

I want to use Pivot levels to open or close a Long or Short position. In addition, I want to close a position if highly overbought or highly oversold, based on RSI. If highly overbought or sold I want to wait either 10 bars, or if the market has cooled off (RSI crossed back under or over 50).
