Simple Pine code for Tradingview

Hi, I am new to trading and looking for help with a simple Tradingview Pine script: start an alert based on comparing previous values of indicators RSI, MACD, Stochastic with current ones (on the current chart). It may take less than 30 minutes for a Pine expert to do the code.
It may be along term collaboration as I may extend the requirements after this project.
