Simple Modify study to strategy + small adjustments

Requirements:
- want to convert the following study to a strategy:

Modifications:
- Change the moving averages to the following five: ema 8, ema 34, sma 20, sma 50, sma 200
- need to generate a buy signal when the previous bar [high] crosses above the five moving averages mentioned above.
