Scalping Strategy Development on TradingView

I need a skilled developer to construct a high-performance scalping strategy on TradingView platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in algorithmic trading and experience with TradingView's scripting language - Pine Script.

Requirements:
- Develop a complex scalping strategy using the Moving Average, Bollinger Bands, RSI (Relative Strength Index), ATR indicators
- The strategy should operate on a 1-minute time frame
- Ensure the strategy is robust and able to perform in real-time trading scenarios

Ideal Skills and Experience:
