Remove signal repainting (redraw) from two simple indicators and combine them into one (TRADINGVIEW-pinescript)

I have two indicators that generate signals by coloring the background with green and red lines (TRADINGVIEW-pinescript)). I have independently added alerts for their peaks and troughs, but I lack the knowledge to eliminate the repainting of alerts. These two indicators sometimes cancel alerts due to changing conditions. I need to remove the repainting (cancellation of signals from the screen even if conditions have changed) from both indicators and combine them into one, including their alerts. The signals should be intrabar, meaning if a signal is triggered, it should remain on the screen. Who can help, please write, and I will share the indicators. Hoping for a reasonable price.
