Pinescript bug fix

A previous Freelancer half did a job and then went AWOL. I need a script that draws a trendline and then where that trendline intersects a vertical line, to draw a horizontal line.
The code I have draws the trend line correctly, (in 99% of cases), draws the vertical line, and draws the horizontal line. At timeframes less than a month, it works perfectly, but for timeframes of a month and above, the horizontal line is inaccurate.
I think the issue is that different months have different amounts of time in them but not sure. I need someone to look at the other guys code and correct it so it works for all timeframes. This is a minor job.
