Pinescript V6 Strategy for backtesting Tradingview

We need an expert in Pinescript 6. We want to backtest a Tradingview strategy explained in a video.
It is an Open open-range breakout strategy for 5 minutes on stock options.
Due to our timezone and tools, we can’t trade the same instruments as in the video. So, we would like to test the same strategy with other instruments like BTC, Gold, EUR50, UK 100, and DAX 40. We need to backtest (on TradingView) this strategy on these several instruments with different parameters like the stop loss, the time range (5 min, 15 min, etc.), the TP based on return 2:1, 3:1, etc…
So we develop an indicator that draws the highest and lowest of the first 5 minutes of different instruments based on the time opening of market (UK start à 3 am NYC and NASDAQ at 9:30 am NYC, for instance).
Our indicator is supposed to give an alert 3 candles after a breakout. In this way, we can see whether we take trade or not. But this is not perfect. We need to improve this.

You’ll have to make a Pinescript 6 strategy for Tradingview based on the source code of our indicator. This strategy will give an alert and execute a trade for backtesting if the first candle after the breakout (that has the same direction) is higher than the breakout candle.
This strategy should send an alert and execute some trades in automation.
We'll give you more explanation and full details later if you are interested in this mission.
We will pay the full amount in escrow through Upwork before you start to work. We will need a few days to test your strategy, and if everything is fine, you'll release the payment with a 5/5 review. If there is a bug, you'll have to correct it.
