Pinescript Strategy: Candle Detection on Support/Resistance

I'm seeking a seasoned Pinescript developer to help create a strategy that identifies bullish/bearish candles at horizontal support and resistance levels.
Key Requirements:
- Utilization of horizontal levels as support/resistance
- Identification of these levels based on pivots, previous highs and lows, and untested lows
- Analysis targeted at intraday levels across multiple timeframes (3 min, 5 min, 10 min, etc.)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Pinescript and TradingView
- Strong understanding of technical analysis
- Ability to create scripts that work on multiple timeframes
- Experience in developing intraday trading strategies.
