Pines Script Coding for Tradingview Indicator

I would Like to have a custom indicator built for tradingview using pinescript. Most of the code for the indicator is already open source but I would like to have modifications done to the code - mainly, the look of the indicator needs to be changed to be more user friendly, I also want to update the alerts system.
