PineScript Lower High and Higher Low Indicator

Need to create a simple indicator to spot M and W (Lower High and Higher Low), however using specific rulesets for candle types (in a sequence) where for M need first a sequence of Bullish candles (parent), followed by a sequence of bearish then a sequence of Bullish candles (child) with the condition of not making a candle close higher than the close of the first sequence's highest close. Otherwise, need to wait for another "child" sequence to satisfy the rules. Other rulesets will be shared privately.

Alerts needed as well when this happens, marking with a line for the level and it will need to be cleared if price touches that level in the future.
