PineScript EMA ROC Crosser to Finish Line

I am on the last stretch of my project! I'd say that I am at the 90% mark of a ~200-line, relatively-complex code. A snippet/sample of the code is attached. The previous coder performed excellent work, but life occurrences came up and he had to refocus his energy. So here I am! Hoping to work with a diligent coder to get to the finish line.
