Pine script code for backtesting on tradingview

Need help writing a pine code for a custom strategy based on 5 ema and keltner channels for backtesting on trading view on different timeframes. it is a simple modification of a well known strategy. would need help with backtesting over a long period of time and with interpretation of the result. and modifications if any that would help improve the overall result
