Pine Script strategy for Trading View

I need a programmer to help me create a TradingView Strategy Script.
The strategy is straightforward. You have a buying amount, let's say 100,000 (the currency type doesn't matter). The entire amount is used for buying, including any accumulated amount.
For example, if the opening price of a stock is 250, you would buy 100,000/250 = 400 shares. A commission fee of 99 is added to both the purchase and sale. Buying and selling should occur when certain conditions based on CLOSE, OPEN, and TRAILING STOP prices are met. Buy and sell signals should be marked on the chart as arrows.
Once the data has been analyzed, a summary will be provided with the successful trades, the losing trades, and the total profit. I will provide the specific strategy details once we agree on the pricing for the work.
The strategy should be thoroughly tested and delivered when it functions 100%. For obvious reasons, the strategy is private and should not be made public.
