Pine Script for Tradingview

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can do Pinescript for Tradingview. I am looking for a single indicator with alert that combines the following indicators:
- RSI (above or below 50)
- 3 Smoothed Moving Average by hamidsafi (length settings 21, 50 200; price is above or below all three moving averages).
So basically, I would like to be able to create an alert when:
- RSI > 50 and price is above MAs.
- RSI < 50 and price is below MAs.
