Pine Script Indicator Development

I'm looking for an experienced Pine Script developer to create a TradingView indicator with specific functionalities.
Key Features:
Draw Rectangular Blocks:
- Check each candle.
- If the current candle's closing size (close - open) is ≥ 20% of the previous candle's body size:
- Draw a rectangular block enclosing the previous candle (from its high to low).
- The block should be blue.
Mitigation Detection:
- If any future candle touches or closes inside the blue block:
- Change the block’s color to grey (instantly upon mitigation).
Script Requirements:
- Compatibility with any stock, forex pair, or crypto coin.
- Works on any timeframe.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Pine Script.
- Experience with TradingView custom indicators.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
