Pine Script Indicator

Hello,
I’m looking for a coder to assist with a script. If you’re able to help that would be awesome.
Needing RSI indicator to accomplish the following:
1. Divergence (Plot horizontal line, and label “HH, HL, LL and LH”. Line needs to delete after so many candles have passed.
2. Overlay the Plot horizontal line to the price chart with same rules in place. Guessing it’s a historical time candle horizontal new line?
My Goal:
• Use for divergence
• Using to identify trend
• Retracements zones. to RSI levels for support/resistances on RSI indicator and price chart.
• Mostly using to get confirmation.
I’ve found a public code that I use but can’t get it to over lay the horizontal line on the price chart. I’ve been manually adding the lines by the drawing tool but would be nice if it was auto.
