Pine Script Editor needed

I would like a pinescript created to be used in TradingView. Indicators to include 21 smoothed moving average, 50 smoothed moving average, 200 smoothed moving average, rsi with 14 period and williams fractals. the algorithm must go long when the following conditions are met: in an upward trend with the 21 sma above the 50 sma above the 200 sma, rsi of over 50 and a buy fractal on the first candle that closes above the 21 sma explained above. stop loss at the bottom of the candle wick where the fractal appears with t/p of 80% at 10 pip. When take/profit met have a trailing stop loss at 2 pip. Have a short executed for the opposite
