Pine Script Custom TradingView Indicator

I require a proficient Pine Script programmer who can develop a simple custom indicator solely for the TradingView platform. Your expertise should be concentrated on, but not limited to:
- Creating accurate and quick indicators using data exclusively from TradingView
- Building alerts that trigger under particular market conditions
For this project, interaction with external data sources or APIs isn't necessitated. The ideal candidate should display proven proficiency in Pine Script and have experience in designing custom indicators on the TradingView platform with alert mechanisms.
Using AI, I have written the basic program, but it lacks a few features that I would like to implement, plus I am having difficulty getting it to compile properly, and attach to a current chart.
