Need a Tradingview Pinescript Coder

I need a script that allows me to configure an alert across multiple time frames based on the Vumanchu Market Cipher B indicator. For example, when the stochastic rsi is oversold in the 1 day, 4 hour, and 1 hour time frames simultaneously. So basically, an alert condition across multiple time frames for each of the 5 indicators in Cipher B.
