Multi-timeframe RSI Indicator with Pine Script

I am in need of a pine script for trading view that can generate a display table on the Stochastic (RSI) indicator. This script will gather information from multiple time frames of my choosing from 1-min to 1-week. As each time frame closes candle, it reports to a table the direction of the Stochastic RSI. It will either be pointing up(BUY) or down(SELL) or have a value of 0 which will indicate SELL to table, or a value of 100, which should report to table as BUY. Its direction will input to chart as BUY-green or Sell-red. Each time frame can only report to table once per close of candle. For example the 30 min can only report to chart as either BUY-green or SELL-red, at the close of the 30 min candle, once. Same with each time frame. The table with display each time frame's status at close of that timeframe. For example the 1 minute can change directions multiple times in under one minute, but can only report to table it position at the close of the 1 minute candle.
ALERT- I will have the ability to set the alert for either buy or sell. Once the time frames match either all BUY or all SELL, an alert will be signaled using "ONCE PER BAR" option. For example, if i am using the 1-minute, 15-minute and 4-hour time frames, and i set the alert on the table for BUY. The 4 hour timeframe with report its position once every 4 hours, the 15 minute will report its position once every 15 minutes, and the 1 minute will report its position every 1 minute. Each time the table shows all are BUY/green, i will get an alert. Using smaller time frames will generate more alerts as it should.
VISUAL: the original view of the Stochastic RSI indicator will be visible from each time frame as normal. But i will also have to the ability to view multiple timeframes at once using different colors for each time frame selected. The Table will have various size options, and will report BUY-GREEN and SELL-RED
Skills and Experience you'll need:
- Strong expertise in writing pine scripts
- A deep understanding of how Stochastic RSI works
- Knowledge in creating scripts that can work efficiently with multiple timeframes
- A background in the financial industry is not mandatory, but it would be a considerable plus.
