Last Renko Brick Identifier for Each Time Stamp in PineScript

I'm looking for a Pinescript expert who can code a variable to identify the last Renko brick of each time stamp. The Renkos are sourced by the closing price using the 1 Hour timeframe on TradingView.
This is important to generate correct backtesting results as well as needs to work in live markets. The variable needs to be able to be connected to alerts, which will be triggered at the close of the identified last renko brick of each time stamp.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in PineScript.
- Experience working with TradingView.
- Able to script alerts for identifying the last Renko brick of each timestamp.
