Having a pine script as Support and resistant with cross over / under alert and wish to add ATR with multiple conditions met before trigger the alert.

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a pine script for TradingView. The script will need to include support and resistant levels with a cross over/under alert. Additionally, I want to add an ATR indicator with multiple conditions met before triggering the alert.

Specific Conditions:
Having a simple pine script as Sup&Res using lookback candles. Currently it will alert when the price xover resistant (for Long) and xunder support (for Short). I want to keep this indicator as reference and wish to add another condition met before triggering the alert. This mean I need to store the price when the first xover / xunder happens. Once this condition met then I wish to add second condition with ATR to happen within the next 5 candles (as input to change the number). For example: if the first cross over candle high is 16.50 and ATR price (when cross happen) 0.6 then I want to trigger the alert when the price pull back to 15.9. Also need to add stoploss and profit take using the ATR.
