First 15m open candle + psy levels

I want a script that will draw a box extended right on the first 15m high and low of thecandle of the tokyo session which is 19:00 for me. First box is white and then I need the dimensions of this box saved and duplicated up 10 times and down 10 times and each box being a different color.

Then I also need the same thing done with a specific time to set the psy levels. Which will be the highest price and lowest price of the Sydney-EU Brinks sessions on monday the start of the week. I need a dashed line drawn on the high extended right and the low extended right then take the distance between both of the lines and repeat lines exactly that far apart down 10 times.

I can show manual examples of my chart that I draw these boxes and lines on for reference.

I would like to be able to choose how many boxes and how many lines in either direction to draw so I can adjust it to the direction the price is moving.
