Finish/improve Scalper strategy

I want script too work properly. Right now it is only sending signals to 3commas at random. Can go days and week before sending a signal, even tough it makes several a day.
I would also like to add the options to select wich type of MA to use. Like SMA, HULL etc. Not only EMA.
Option to tick off MACD beeing used.
I mainly want to use it on the 1 min and 5 min chart if that is something to keep in mind
