Enhance TradingView Pinescript Indicator

I am seeking a skilled developer with experience in Pinescript to carry out specific modifications to my existing TradingView indicator script. The project's primary goal is to refine the alert system and make adjustments that better align with my trading strategy.
**Specific Modifications Required:**
- **Single Alert Per Trend:**
Currently, the indicator triggers an alert with every new bar during a trend, which can be overwhelming. I need the logic modified so that the alert is triggered only once per trend. ?? lastbar state??? im not sure
- **Trend Definition:**
The indicator is defined as a trend based on the angle of the moving average plus a conformation/volitility. This involves algorithmically determining when a trend begins and ends, based on this criterion, to trigger alerts accurately.
