Dual Alert Pine Script for TradingView

I am seeking an expert in Pine Script creation for TradingView who can design a script providing alerts at both high and low level breaches. In this project, a vital aspect to consider is that the alerts should trigger purely based on the price level, without the reliance on any other trading indicators.
Key responsibilities:
- The script should alert on trading view when there is a breach at the high and/or low levels
- The alerts should be purely based on price levels, and should not incorporate any other trading indicators such as Moving Averages, Relative Strength Index, or a Stochastic Oscillator.
An ideal candidate for this project would be proficient in Pine Script, preferably with a background in financial trading. Understanding of TradingView platform mechanics would be a significant plus.
