Draw horizontal line from 1:00am today to current bar

Hi! I have an indicator and I need a modification made to it.
Bugdet is $35 CAD total.
Description:
I need a horizontal line drawn.
It should only plot from 1:00am of the current day (chart time zone) to the current bar.
Then when 1:00am comes again, it will delete the old line and start from today... So we only ever have from 1:00am of "today" to the current bar.
The current script is attached.
