Customizing EWO TradingView Indicator with Visual Signals

I'm seeking a developer experienced in TradingView Pine Script. The goal is to modify the Elliot Wave Oscillator (EWO) indicator to include custom-designed visual signals and color-coded zones. I already have some features built into the script. Will need to modify the current features and add new features. Everything is in the attached document. The source code is added upon request.
Key requirements include:
- Creating visual signals that denote Elliot Waves 1 - 3.
- Designing color-coded zones that correspond to specific Elliot Waves from EWO and price action.
- Implementing custom instructions based on a provided document to differentiate between Waves 1, 2, and 3.
Ideal candidates should have:
