Custom orders for tradingview in pine script

Hi,
I want to know how much it will cost for a pine script code for trading view, which would allow me to place custom orders?
i am specifically looking to be able to enter a position with a stop-limit order except i wish to place a additional trigger which would first need to be met before my stop-limit or stop-market order is placed along with take profit and stop loss.
for example i am looking to enter a short position on a stock at $1.50 that is currently at $1. but i am only willing to enter if price first reaches $1.60 (trigger 1), and if price reached that trigger price then my stop-market order will be placed at $1.50, so if price comes back down to $1.50 i have entered a short position on market. i hope that makes sense.
