Custom Tradingview indicator

Good morning. I am looking for someone to build a custom indicator for Tradingview. I would like this indicator to be in a separate pane below the chart. The indicator will include 12 rows and the columns the same width as the candles. I would like the rows to be labeled also. The rows will have different indicator crossings. Example Parabolic Sar is in an uptrend the box will be green. The 12 rows in the pane should be in the same order from top to bottom as shown in the attachment. I
