Custom TradingView Indicator Development

I need a proficient TradingView script developer to create a custom indicator. This trading indicator will help me track certain pre-market changes and volume metrics.

Key Configurations:
- Pre Market % Change: This should have two configurable values, for example, -2 to 2.
- Relative Volume at Time: This should be configurable at a value greater than 1.
- Average Volume: This should be configurable, with the threshold set at greater than 1 Million.

Signal Generation:
- The custom indicator must utilize the 'Range Filter Buy and Sell 5 Mins' indicator to generate buy and sell alerts.
- The custom indicator must utilize 'LuxAlgo - Signals and Overlays'
- The alerts should only pop up when both have the alert at the same time and the conditions specified in the first section are met.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in TradingView script development.
- Experience with creating custom trading indicators.
- Familiarity with configuring alerts on TradingView.

Please note that the alerts should only be displayed at the close of the candle and should be set to pop up on screen.
