Custom PineScript for TradingView

I'm looking for a skilled PineScript developer to create a custom script for TradingView. The main function of the script will be to provide alerts based on specific criteria and conditions.
Requirements:
- I'd like the script to generate alerts based on price action. The main trigger for this alert should be a certain percentage change in price, specifically when it enters the green zone.
- The alerts should be customizable and easy to adjust in terms of sensitivity.
- The script should be able to run efficiently on TradingView without causing any performance issues.
- The script should be able to handle multiple alerts, and be able to send notifications when the criteria are met.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in PineScript and experience in developing custom scripts for TradingView.
- Strong understanding of technical analysis and trading strategies, especially in relation to price action.
- Previous experience in creating custom alerts and integrating them into TradingView.
