Custom Pine v5 Trend Indicator
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a clear idea for a price-based trend indicator and I need it coded in Pine Script v5 on TradingView. The script must analyse only raw price action, identify shifts between bullish and bearish conditions, plot an intuitive visual overlay, and expose alert conditions I can connect to webhooks or the TradingView alarm panel.
My rough logic is ready—we will refine it together so it translates into concise, well-commented code that runs efficiently on any symbol or timeframe. Along the way I will share test cases and screenshots; your role is to turn them into a polished indicator and walk me through the settings so I can tweak thresholds later if needed.
Please respond with links or screenshots of previous Pine Script work (finished indicators, strategies, or public library snippets are fine) and a short note on how you normally structure alert conditions. I plan to review the first draft on a private chart, give feedback, then sign off once:
• the plot and colour changes match the specification
• alerts trigger exactly at the same bar as the visual signal
• inputs are parameterised and clearly labelled in the settings window
• the script is fully commented so I can maintain it myself
