Custom Pine Script Strategy for Trading View

I need a strategy made for 2 trading indicators on trading View, that can work for different time frames and symbols, Also the strategy needs to be able to be backtested and set up for alerts. It is an indicator on trading view, so will need to be written in their pine script.
