Custom Morning Star Pinescript Indicator Development

I am seeking a specialist capable of developing a custom Pinescript indicator for me to use on the Tradingview platform. The trade indicator should be specifically designed around the variation of the Morning Star candlestick pattern with an Extended Third Candle.
The ideal candidate for this job would have:
• Proficiency in Pinescript and an understanding of its applications on TradingView.
• Familiarity with the Morning Star candlestick pattern, specifically those with an Extended Third Candle.
• Previous experience translating trading patterns into actionable indicators.
Specific Requirements:
1. Pinescript Indicator Development: The primary task in this project will be to program an indicator that effectively identifies occurrences of the Morning Star pattern with an Extended Third Candle on the Tradingview platform.
2. Alert Function: When the described pattern is identified, this Pinescript indicator should then send out an alert for a potential buy.
