Custom Bollinger Bands TradingView Indicator

I'm looking for a Pine Script expert to create a custom Bollinger Bands (BB) indicator for TradingView. The indicator should use a simple moving average and have adjustable settings for length and standard deviation.
Key Features
- A 4-hour BB that displays on all other timeframes (1D, 1hr, 30min, 15min, 5min, 2min, 1min, etc.). No displaying any other BB except 4H on all timeframes.
- Two solid lines: a green line for the upper BB and a red line for the lower BB (both from the 4H BB). The final indicator should include an option to adjust line thickness
- All controls for adjusting length and standard deviation should be in an input box.
