Create a tradingview strategy (pine script) based on different indicators

I'm looking for an experienced programmer knowledgeable in Pine Script to help create a tradingview strategy. The strategy will be based upon a combination of Moving Average, Macd multiple with additional backtesting necessary. It will require implementation of a 1 minute timeframe.
