Create a strategy out of 3 studies

I need to create. a strategy that is formed by 2 already existing studies and a1 strategy, plus one more simple condition.
Surely, I need alerts when the conditions are met.

i think, for someone confident with pine editor the job might from 2 to 5 hours at the most
