Create custom indicator and related alert in TradingView

I need custom indicator and related alert to be developed and implemented into my TradingView account.
Custom indicator is basically and/or relationship of 3 basic oscillators, e.g. if oscillator 1 exits overbought zone and if oscillator 2 exits overbought zone and if oscillator 3 exits overbought zone then oscillator exits overbought zone.
Alert is triggered when this custom oscillator changes state, e.g. exits overbought zone.
